Updated Jan 2 2015 “Rental Restrictions: rentals allowed but are now at 25% and currently are at max allowed (Jan 2015)- you need to be put on a waiting list to rent out suite Pets Restrictions: ALL pets must be approved by strata. one or two dogs allowed. no dangerous dogs (details see bylaws #8 page 26) -some piping issues – pin hole leaks – very common of a building of this age, pipes will probably have to be re done in the next 10 years (see depreciation report) -building recently has been re roofed -exterior re calking has also been recently re done -there is some effervescence seeping out of the brick exterior sections (white staining of the brick), Strata addressing this even though it has been going on since the building was built
