Developers Peter & Bruno Wall & Rob Macdonald of Macdonald Developments. Building concept was by Art Williams - Chairman of VSO - Vancouver Symphony Orchestra (see news article). Marketing to be done by Bob Rennie of Rennie Marketing Systems, Architect - Howard Bingham Hall, suite size - 550 s/f - lower floors & 1100 s/f from the 30th floor catering to higher end buyers features including air conditioning, high ceilings & commanding views. Project completion 2009.
