The huge 300 s/f terrace is fully equipped for outdoor cooking, dining and entertaining or sun tanning - with an elegant wrought iron & glass patio set seating six and a deluxe Ducane stainless steel Gas Barbeque.
Elevator access to large warm and cold swimming pools, hot tub, tennis court (coming) and fitness room in retail building by highway. Easy walking distance to convenience store (Traders Mini-Super) and beach access to many restaurants, including Coral Baja’s "Mama Mia's" Restaurant (next door) and Zippers Beachfront Restaurant (5 min walk on beach). Fast food restaurants (Domino's Pizza & Subway) are located 2 minutes walk on 4 lane highway in the Coral Baja development next door.
El Zalate is located a few minutes drive to the centre of San Jose de Cabo for some of the finest dining in the Baja or to world-class golfing, surfing, snorkeling and deep sea fishing all located on the corridor stretch. Enjoy whale watching from the fourth floor terrace or surf casting from the beach. Downtown Cabo San Lucas is a short 25 minute drive down the 4-lane highway.

Water Purification:
We Used to drink the city water for 3 years & all was good. But as a precaution, we installed a purifier to the water intake pipe going into our condo. So even the toilet water is purified. We also have a 2nd purifier under the sink for the sink water dispenser. There is a 3rd water purifier in the fridge for the water dispenser & ice cubes. So basically if you are really concerned � use the fridge water that is triple purified.

We operate like any hotel where the Visa card is our security, We do not charge a security deposit on all stays but should the guest cause any damage beyond normal wear and tear or take any suite contents, the guest agrees to charge the repairs or replace any contents to their credit card.
Cancellations and Refunds:
When a booking is taken, full payment is required in U.S. funds. Reservations may be rescheduled anytime to another date up to twelve weeks prior to arrival. Rescheduling is subject to a $200 fee. Bookings are non-refundable but we can issue a credit for a future stay.

-Aldo � Our recommended SUV Airport Transportation guy is $60 Each way (20 mins to El Zalate) Also Aldo speaks fluent English and will give you the latest Cabo Tourist update of what is happening.
-A private Taxi Flat Fee or rate is $55 from Airport to El Zalate Each Way (20 Mins to el zalate) Most Drivers speak very little English
-A Shuttle will cost you $10-$12 per person
� As soon as you leave the customs area, there will be a bunch of guys on the right side behind a counter, you can make arrangements there or when you get outside the terminal, there are more guys out there offering Shuttle Service (But Be careful � most of these guys will want to convince you to see a time share presentation and promise you a free ride to and from the airport � read the info in this http://www.6717000.com/cabo/suite402/rules.html to learn about the seedy Time Share business � Just say NO, I am not interested).
Once you do buy your Shuttle Ticket you may have to wait 30 minutes until they fill up the Shuttle Van, also you may be the 1st one off or the last one off the Shuttle
� If you are the first one, you will get to El Zalate in 30 minutes, If you are the last one, It can take up to two hours. Really, It is not worth all this hassle to save $30 in my opinion?
