As clients of Les Twarog we would be honoured to be the lawyers for the purchase or sale of your property.
For clients of Les Twarog who are located in Greater Vancouver and who are obtaining a mortgage in order to purchase a home, our price for a standard file is $699.00 plus taxes. This includes all land title filing fees, couriers, registration costs and agents fees (some law firms and notaries are now excluding these from their all-in quotes). For those clients who are selling their homes, our price for a standard file is $300.00 plus taxes (assuming there is no mortgage to discharge).
